Planned Limited publishes the following in full rather than supplying them on request:
Programme review and assurance is delivered against the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, testing a contractor's programme for compliance with the information clause 31.2 requires, and framing any recommendation for non-acceptance in the language of clause 31.3 within the contractual period for reply. Schedule quality is assessed using the DCMA 14 point checks, applied with judgement rather than as a pass or fail scorecard, covering logic, constraints, leads and lags, durations, calendars, float, critical path continuity and resourcing.
Delivery is in Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud, with schedule risk analysis, earned value reporting and forensic delay analysis as required.
Between June 2023 and October 2025 Planned Limited delivered project planning, scheduling and project controls into United Kingdom electricity transmission infrastructure, engaged as a subcontractor to a specialist project services firm. The work covered the rebuild of a converter station forming part of a 2000MW HVDC interconnector, and an offshore hybrid asset development programme comprising two subsea interconnector projects.
Contractor programmes were reviewed monthly under NEC4, testing compliance with the information the contract requires the programme to show, verifying reported progress against progress on site, and issuing a written recommendation to accept or to notify reasons for non-acceptance inside the two week period for reply.
Planned Limited holds current consultancy agreements and has never had a contract terminated for default. Named projects, client references and full delivery detail are provided to clients and procurement teams on request.
The company registration can be verified at Companies House against number 08881845. Insurance certificates, the Cyber Essentials certificate and references are available on request. If you are assessing Planned Limited for a framework or a tender and need something not listed here, contact Akin@plannedltd.co.uk and it will be provided the same day where possible.
