Free Schedule Health Check
A complete DCMA 14-point assessment of your programme, graded A to F, with the failing activities named. Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Runs entirely in your browser.
.xer (P6 export) · .xml (P6 XML or Microsoft Project XML)
Using .mpp or Asta .pp? In Microsoft Project choose File → Save As → XML and upload the .xml.
In Asta Powerproject, export to P6 XML. Binary formats can't be read in a browser — that's the cost of never uploading your file.
The fourteen checks
Thresholds are the DCMA standard. A check that cannot be computed from your file is marked not assessable and excluded from the grade — it is never silently passed.

See how your grade compares
You already have your report — it downloaded to your device. What we can send you is the part you can't get from your own schedule: the anonymised UK average for each of the fourteen checks, and where your grade sits against every other programme run through this tool.
We store your email address and your grade letter. Nothing from your schedule is transmitted — not activity names, not dates, not the file.
Thanks — the benchmark is on its way, and we'll only email you about this.
Method. Checks follow the Defense Contract Management Agency 14-point schedule assessment. Percentages are computed over incomplete activities, excluding summary/WBS rows, level-of-effort and milestones where the check does not apply. Working-day conversions use the schedule's own hours-per-day where the file states it, otherwise 8.
Planned Limited · plannedltd.co.uk · This free tool gives you the same checks we run in a paid review. What it cannot give you is the judgement about which failures actually matter on your programme.
